Danielle and I discuss the books and resources we used to shift our mindset around drinking, going from a routine habit to seeing absolutely no benefit in alcohol.

If alcohol doesn’t make you ultimately happy, you don’t have to drink. Quitting alcohol, or taking a break, doesn’t signal to society that you are defect or have a problem or have to label yourself an alcoholic. You don’t ever have to identify with certain terms or words.

Everyone’s path to an alcohol-free lifestyle is unique. It’s allowed to be unique. Your own inner guide will lead you to ultimate success. Whether that be books, meetings, social media groups, etc. Danielle and Karolina discuss what worked for them.
